Using Views
Authors of an Application can specify customized views for Users. These views can display specific columns from the Form or filter records based on saved search information. All views can be seen using the view drop down menu. This menu can be accessed by clicking on the active view’s name which is located in large letters above the right side of the record list. The default view is named “<Collection> View”. An End-user cannot edit a view or create a custom view, only Authors have this ability.
