Paying for your Account

When you create a new Coghead Account, you will have the option to change your Membership Level.

To access the billing page from the My Accounts and Application section of the Home Page:

  • Click on Manage , a drop down will appear, select Billing

To change your Membership level from the Account Management Page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Account Name drop down menu on the top right corner, select Manage Account, and Billing
  2. Click on the Upgrade or Change Plan button to make changes to your current plan.

  3. Click on the appropriate radio button to select your plan. A description of the plan appears under the plan's name. A selected plan will be highlighted in yellow and the radio button will be pressed.
  4. Once you have customized a plan scroll down to the Credit Card info portion of the Billing Tab. Click on the Change or Update Card.
  5. From here you can select to use a card already on file with Coghead or enter a new credit Card. Coghead accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For further questions about billing please e-mail billing@coghead.com
  6. Enter your name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, credit card number, expiration date, and verification number. If you wish to receive e-mail verification enter your e-mail address in the optional e-mail textbox. Coghead uses SSL encryption so that your credit card information is private and secure. Be sure to read the Terms of Service before continuing.
  7. Double check to make sure all of your information is correct and click Submit. A confirm dialog box will appear.
  8. Make sure the plan you subscribed to is correct and click Submit. If your credit card information is invalid you will receive an error. Coghead only accepts Visa and MasterCard, submitting a credit card number for another type of card will give you an error. Once your credit card is accepted, the last four digits of its number will be displayed next to the Already on file with Coghead radio button. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail if the optional e-mail field was filled out.
