How to log in

You can log into the Coghead network via the Coghead website or you can log into the product directly.

To log into the Coghead website, click on the Member Sign In button.

Enter your Member ID and Password and click on Submit. If you want to be kept logged into the system for two weeks, click on the Keep me logged in on this computer box.

Once you have logged in successfully, you will be able to launch the application by clicking on any of the Launch Application buttons.

To access the Coghead network directly, use the following link: http://my.coghead.com/

During the first time you log in, you may be prompted to enter your Member ID in the Member ID field and your password in the Password field again. After entering your credentials, click Submit to enter the application.

Can't log in?

If you cannot log in, check the following:

1. Verify that your Member ID and password were typed correctly, including any capital letters.

2. You may need to contact your administrator to verify that you have the correct Member ID and password combination.

If you forget your password, click the Forgot password? link in the Member Sign In window.

You will be asked to provide your Member ID or an email address.

You will receive an email with a link and temporary password that will allow you to log in and reset your password.

For security reasons, the system automatically logs you out of the system if you do not perform any tasks for a period of time. By default, the system does not log you out until 30 minutes have elapsed without any activity.

How to log out

If you would like to log out of Coghead, click on the Sign Out link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website or the platform.
