Application Page
When you launch an Application you are brought to the Application page:
The Application Page in User Mode
If you are in User Mode the Application page will look like the screenshot below.

- Account Name - The Account where the current application resides
- Application Name - The current Application
- Application Version - The version number of the Application you are viewing. If your Application is in Prototype mode, "prototype" will appear next to the version number.
- Edit Mode toggle - check this box to enable authoring of this Application. This is only available to users who have authoring permissions for the application.
- Tabs - A tab for each Collection or Record page in the Application. Clicking on a Collection tab will display the numerous records and form for that Collection. Clicking on a Record tab will display the form of one record contained in that Tab.
- Collection's View - Displays the record list for the current view.
- Records List - A list of the data records in this Collection. This list may be filtered to contain a subset of the records, depending on how the View was defined.
- Form Area - Displays the data for the selected record. The form is also used to enter new records or modify existing records.
- Layouts - Change the position of the Records List and Form, or choose to display only the Records List or the Form.
- The Message Toolbar - Here you fill find status messages such as "record saved". This area can be collapsed by clicking on the arrow on the messages bar.
The Application Page in Author Mode
If you check the Edit Mode toggle, you can edit the form, views, actions, print templates, tabs, and the Application by clicking on the wrench icon. You can also use the set of plus icons and triangle buttons that appear to author the current application.
