1. In the Form Editor canvas, locate the widget that you want to delete from the Form. Click on the widget.
   The widget is highlighted in orange on the canvas.
   
2. Click  to delete the widget. The Confirm Delete dialog is displayed.
   
3. In the Confirm Delete dialog, click Yes to delete. The Confirm Delete dialog disappears and the widget is deleted from the Form. If you do not want the widget deleted, click No in the Confirm Delete dialog box.
4. Save your changes. Refer to the section on Version Management  if you need additional assistance.
5. Click Exit. The Form Editor disappears and you are taken back to the Collection page.

If you have made changes to the Form and didn't save before exiting, the Confirm Form Save dialog will be displayed asking you whether you want to save the changes.

You can also click on Save and Exit to save your changes and exit for Form Editor.
