If you would like to cancel an account, or delete an account, you will need to e-mail us at billing@coghead.com. Please include the following information:

• Your Full Name (First and Last)
• The name of the Account
• Your Coghead Member ID

A Coghead staff member will then deactivate the account and remove it from your account drop down list.

You will be able to contact us to re-activate your account within the next three months before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
