Administering allows you to determine who you share your Coghead Applications with. You can invite other users, set the level of access each user has, and even determine which Applications they see. For user Administering capabilities your user account must be granted Admin permissions.Coghead provides three types of accounts: Basic, Workgroup, and Partner. In addition, you are able to view other user's accounts if they have invited you to be a user.

Your Basic Account:

When you sign up for Coghead you are given a unique Member ID and are allowed to create a Free Basic Account. Your basic account will appear in the My Accounts and Application section of the Home Page.

You can also find your account on the drop down menu titled Accounts on the top left hand corner of the Account Management page.

You are the only one allowed in your Basic Account. You are the Author of all of your applications and they can only be viewed through your basic account. Sharing your Applications requires upgrading to a Premium Account.

With a Coghead Basic Account you can:

• Create Applications from scratch or copy, view and edit gallery Applications.
  
• Create, Edit and Delete records to manage data and save Collections.
  
• Only have one account for your Member ID.

Your Workgroup Accounts:

You can upgrade your to a Workgroup Account so that you may invite more users to your account. Each account is linked to your unique Coghead Member ID. You will have to pay for Workgroup Accounts, the subscription level of your Premium Account determines how many Users you can add to your account. You can determine the level of access each user has in your account by using permissions and even copy Applications from your Basic account to your Workgroup account when you are ready to share them.

With a Coghead Workgroup Account you can:

• Create several multi-user accounts per Coghead Member ID.
  
• Invite other users to your Coghead account.
  
• Set permissions and sharing for other users through groups.

Your Partner Account
