Viewing the Standard Properties of a Record
What are Standard Properties?
The Coghead program assigns five Standard Properties to every record. These special properties are Record ID, Created By, Creation Date, Modified By, and Modification Date.
- Record ID is a unique ID given to every record in order to identify it.
- Created By lists the name of the account that created the record.
- Creation Date gives the date and time the record was created.
- Modified By lists the name of the last person to edit the record.
- Modification Date lists the date and time that the record had last been modified.
The Modified By and Modification Date properties remain blank if the record has not been edited since it was initially created.
