Description of Issue:
I am trying to create a coglet that will allow for Form Only, anonymous user data entry from our website. I have tried to create both anonymous and non-anonymous coglets but with both receive an error on saving that says "Received an error from the server:'Save record'" and the coglet configuration form does not populate the frame, ID, or URL input boxes or add anything to the collection view section at the top.

Is the Issue preventing you from using Coghead platform or Application?:
No

Detailed Steps to Produce the Problem:
Launched Coglet Configuration Page
Logged in using memberID (jbn3434) Note* This is just a basic plan account. Are coglets a premium feature?
Also my Application is still a prototype. Must it be upgraded to create coglets?
Followed intructions from Coglet_EarlyAccess_v1.pdf to create coglet
Receive error on save

Browser & Operating System:
Internet Explorer 7 and Windows XP

Coglet URL:
Not Created

Will you allow Coghead to access your account in order to reproduce or resolve the issue:
Not yet (would like to see if first step troubleshooting works)

Thanks for your help.

Coglet Configuration Error...

Hi Josh,

Do you have a custom create action in the collection that you are using for your Coglet? Also, for an anonymous Coglet, did you define a group in your account that will be used?

Jonathan, Thanks for the

Jonathan,

Thanks for the quick response. I have not created any custom actions in the collection or application. When I tried to create an anonymous Coglet I did define the group as TravisAS.Users where TravisAS is my account name. Let me know if you need anymore details.

Coglet Configuration Error...

Hi Josh,

Can you please re-check that your Application, Collection and View name are correct when you try to save your Coglet. You may get this error if any of these fields are spelled incorrectly.

Thanks

Jonathan,

Sorry about that. I had mispelled my View name in the application itself. Rookie move. Thanks for your help.
