The focus of this release was to improve the usability of the product. Enhancements were made to most of the areas of the product including authoring features, data entry, data search/view and the user interface. A descriptive categorized list of the major enhancements is listed below.

Added ability to move steps around within the process builder.
Added copy functionality – within and between applications
Added rename functionality – the rename will update references to the action being renamed within the same application. References in other applications will need to be updated manually.
Collections
Added copy functionality– within and between applications

Added support for spaces in collection names
Added ability for authors to mark a collection as being visible or hidden to the end user.
Forms
Added alternate numeric display formats for text fields (e.g. if a field value was 6000000, a user can specify the display format as 6,000,000)
Data Entry:
Replaced redundant “Add” buttons with a single “New” button
Moved the ”Save” and “Delete” buttons from the lower right to the top of the Collection page next to the “New” button
Replaced the newly-added records counter with a pop-up message every time a record is changed or added
Changed the behavior of modified or newly-added records to be added to the current view, highlighted in yellow. When the view is refreshed, the record count and pagination will update and records will be re-distributed to their correct view.
Added "Ctrl+Shift+S" keyboard hotkey for the "Save and New" action when adding records
Added “Add” and “Delete” options to attachment drop down menu
Data Search and View:
Added expand/collapse support for standard properties on individual records
Added ability to search on the metadata/standard properties including “Created By”, “Modified By”, “Creation Date” and “Modification Date”
Added a search button in the top left part of the collection
Added ability to specify default sort order and priority of the fields when creating a view. The sort order can be defined as "Ascending" and "Descending". For date fields, "Ascending" implies sorting from oldest to most recent and "Descending" implies sorting from most recent to oldest.
User Interface:
Added “Wrench” icon for all authoring functionality. The “Wrench” will present the author with a drop down for the following components:
Applications – Add Application, Promote Version to Production, Change Version, Manage Version
Collections – Add Collection, Import CSV File, Delete Collection, Set Permissions, Rename, Copy, Set Visibility
Actions – Add Custom Action, Save, Delete, and a list of all defined custom actions
Views – Create New View, Edit Current View, Delete Current View
Forms – Edit Form
Added on-mouse-over buttons for an author to Edit, Delete, Rename and Copy actions
Added “Sticky” panel to the “More Actions” drop-down list (of Custom Actions). A User can resize this panel (horizontally/vertically) and reposition the panel where desired.
Moved locations of all the collection level buttons to the top of the collection page, including New, Save and New, and Delete
Added 4 different Collection page layouts to choose from : view/form(horizontal), view/form(vertical), form-only and view-only. Icons for these layout options are located on the top right side of the Collection page.
