MS Word Add-in

An add-in for Microsoft Word that provides a way for you to define your own custom-formatted, templates to use when printing records from your Coghead applications. Using this add-in, you can create HTML templates that can be uploaded for use directly from within your Coghead applications or simply pull data directly from Coghead into Microsoft Word. Either method supports the printing of a single record or multiple records from a collection.

Primary Uses: Creating Templates for Printing documents

Supported Versions: Windows Word 2003 and 2007.

MS-Excel Add-in

An add-in for Microsoft Excel that allows application data to be imported directly from Coghead and also provides a way for you to define your own custom-formatted, templates to use when printing records from your Coghead applications (just like the MS Word Add-in).

Users can control which Collections and Views the data is to be pulled from. The MS-Excel Add-in uses a Web Services API to request the data.

Primary Uses: Uploading/Downloading data from/to MS-Excel; Creating Templates for Printing documents

Supported Versions: Windows Excel 2000, 2003, 2007 and XP Note: Excel add-in for Mac is currently not available

Sample HTML Print Templates

Define custom print templates without any dependency on Microsoft Word using HTML code. Just like the templates created using Microsoft Word, these can be uploaded for use directly from within your Coghead applications and method supports the printing of a single record or multiple records from a collection.
