Opportunity

To reinforce the core values of creating a business information system, students were asked to focus on three themes that help people in organizations to perform: technology, organization, and strategy. As a Professor in teaching a business information systems course, the goal being to equip students with the tool set and knowledge to implement information systems into real business applications. This is where Coghead comes in.

Approach

Hands on training with a captivated room of students was the format for introducing how Coghead's simple drag and drop interface with visual authoring is a powerful tool to create business applications. With guidance from one of Coghead's top application engineers, students were able to understand how easy it is to design and immediately implement a business application all in the matter of one class session.

The Result

Students were able to successfully develop information system applications for classroom use. Students developed an understanding on how to use the web to learn that it is possible to design and instantly implement an application with only a web browser and an internet connection.
