FAQ - Downloads not working when using IE7
If you are using IE you may have to change some of your browser settings to download attachments on records in Coghead. If you try to download an attachment and see a window pop-up then immediately close, preventing you from downloading the attachment please follow these steps to enable downloads in the IE browser.
- Right Click on the IE icon on your desktop. From the menu that appears select Properties. The Internet Properties menu will appear.

- Click on the Security tab at the top of the Internet Properties window.
- From the Security tab click on Custom Level... the Security Settings - Internet Zone will appear.

- Scroll down about a third of the way until you come across the Downloads section. In this section you will see three settings: Automatic prompting for file downloads, File download, Font download you will need to select Enable for all three of these.

- Click OK to close the Security Settings - Internet Zone window.
- Click OK to close the Internet Properties window.
- Close all IE browsers. When you start IE again you will be able to download Coghead attachments.
