You can direct Users to your application by using the direct URL link. This allows your Users direct access to your application, collection or even a specific record in a collection.

Simply provide your Users with this URL:

https://my.coghead.com/launch/<AccountName>/<ApplicationName>/<CollectionName>/<RecordName>

Make sure that you provide the exact account name, application name, and collection name.

For example, to provide your Users direct access to the Resources Collection in the Basic Project Management Application located in the CogheadUsers Account, here is the link:

https://my.coghead.com/launch/CogheadUsers/Basic Project Management/Resources

The Users will be prompted to log in. Make sure they have been added to your Account in the Members Tab.

The Users will be taken to the proper location that the URL points to.
